Tires – Your Vehicle’s Only Contact With the Road
Tire Inflation – All tires build up heat when in motion. Air pressure may increase approximately 15% from a cold to a hot tire. Always check and adjust air pressure when a tire is cold to obtain accurate readings. Tread life, tire durability and fuel economy are significantly reduced when tires are underinflated.
Tire Rotation – Tires wear at different rates on the steering and drive axles of vehicles. Front tires wear much more quickly than the rear tires. Proper tire rotation will help even out these different wear characteristics and maximize tread life.
